(473ml can from masoif.com) Pours very hazy medium yellow with a thick eggshell head and heavy lace. Notes of moderately ripe mango, lime, pineapple, ripe but not too soapy honeydew melon, some papaya, lime and tangerine peels, fresh leafy dankness and a bit of earthy/herbal quality too, little floral tropical fruit but again Strata's worst tendencies held in check, doughy malt with some lactose sweetness but nothing overbearing, just moderately sweet up front and off-dry on the finish with dank leafiness, grass, melon/papaya, not-soapy florals, tiny bit of hop bite but no burn. Medium-plus body, creamy, soft carbonation, usual excellent Brewskey DIPA mouthfeel. Really nice one, the classic Citra/Mosaic combo lets Strata do its thing without taking over.
