2011-02-05, draught at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö, Gustav Adolf Torg, 7-4-6-3-13=33
Dark amber color; almost no head. Mild aroma of toffee, hops; light rosehips, citrus fruits, very light earthy touch. Caramel flavor, soft mouthfeel because of the low carbonation, getting a bit astringent to the end, and metallic. Medium-strong bitterness, the hops are a bit resiny. Pleasant, the aroma is nice, the flavor is more common.

2007-09-20, cask at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007, 4-3-4-2-8=21
Clean dark amber color. Quite strong yeasty aroma (baking yeast). The body is a bit thin, caramel flavor, the final is even a bit astringent. The final is short.

(Cask at Stockholm Beer Festival, 28 Sep 2007) Reddish amber colour with foamy off-white head. Fruity nose with dark fruit and earthy hops. Fruity taste with notes of dried fruit, wild berries and earthy hops in the finish. A bit thin body, but more bitter and hoppy than most irish red ales. Nice beer. (7/3/7/4/13=3.4) Rerate: (Bottle, 11 July 2023) Reddish amber colour with big, frothy, tan head. Malty nose with notes of rye bread, treacle-toffee, dried fruit, caramel, liquorice and chocolate. Malty taste with rye bread, chocolate, treacle-toffee, dried fruit, figs, caramel, hazelnuts and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Cask@SBWF 2007
Ruby color, small off-white head. Malty, a bit caramelly nose. Easy to drink, a bit earthy, woody hoppy, especially in the aftertaste. Very clean especially for being 2 weeks old brewery.

Cask@SBWF2007. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is fruits, slight earthyness and some mild caramel. Flavour is fruits, earth, yeast and quite much wood. Nice brew from a brewery that by the time of SBWF2007 first weekend had been open for a few weeks...

Cask at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. A nutbrown beer with a thin rim of beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of nuts, but also a light flowery hoppy note. The flavor is nicely malty with notes of nuts, citrus, toffee, and bisquits, and the mouthfeel is smooth, but the body is thin.
