Recht hell schmeckendes Dunkelweizen ohne große Besonderheiten.

Bottle: Amber, hazy, medium-sized - slowly collapsing - off-white head; distinctive fruity (dried fruits) and dark-malty/wheaty nose with a sourish-yeasty background; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft; sweetish-sourish wheaty and caramalty finish. Not great, but quite well crafted.....

(bottle, with the twisted Welde-neck) Cloudy, dark amber colour with a big and slightly beige foamy head. Sweet and berry-fruity caramel-malty, moderately wheaty aroma, initially with sharp notes of turpentine, plastic, that fade quickly. Sweet and shy sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Slightly toasty and wheaty cara-malty taste with notes of berries, bubblegum and vanilla; sweetish and faintly sour, cara-malty and wheaty finish. 22.XII.09
