Big ole pastry stout. Brewed with our good friend Kyle at Horus. This is big, viscous, complex, and has 70 Lions Bars in it! We then aged it on a blend of cocoa nibs from Ghana and Ecuador, and a ridiculous amount of vanilla. Once again a blend, this time Madagascar Bourbon, and Ugandan vanilla beans. This is the definition of a dessert beer.

Black with a brown head - Dark malt aroma with some roasted notes - Dark malt body with a roasted flavour with some chocolate and vanilla and coffee - Teh malt with a sweet vanilla flavour goes into the finish with some dark chocolate and coffee flavours - This was real good
