Bottled. Golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is zest, mild tart apples as well as some slight herbal tones. Flavour is zesty, some grassy, green apple skins as well as mild wooden elements. Nicely bodied.

Bottle shared at the Columbus tasting, 25/07/2018. Many thanks. A Clear golden coloured pour with halo white head. Aroma is nice juict apple, baked apple, light tang. Flavour is compose of semi sweet, tangy apple, white sugar. Grape. Palate si crisp, highish carboantion. Not bad. . Nice cider.

Bottle split at L6, thanks to Danny, 25/07/18. Pale golden yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is tangy apple pulp, straw, light funk, apple core. Taste comprises rustic apple, Orchard wood, grape must, hay bale, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus! Pours clear gold with a small foam topping. Moderately sweet, some funk, lemon peel, tart apples. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Balanced finish, dry and quenching, more apple skins, lemony notes. Solid.

Bottle at DS. It pours clear straw yellow with a small white head. The aroma is musty, sour apricot, dirty peach, sherbet, lemon - lime, funk, hay, vanilla, pear and apple. The taste is crisp, dry, sweet - sour, tart, tangy, sugary, powdery, wood, tannin, pear, apple riser, musty, funk, barnyard, chalky, barnyard and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not too shabby.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden with steady carbonation. Nose - sweet but tangy apples. Quite fresh. Taste - more apples and this time a hint of sour though more fresh sweet apples generally. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy texture. The finish is dry and tangy. Overall - goes well with roast pork.
