500ml bottle. Clear yellow-orange golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of tart apple, barnyard, woody oak. Taste is apples, apple skin, oak, vanilla, barnyard, bittersweet with some tannin. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry sourish tannic finish. Very drinkable.

Bottled. A golden cider with a thin off white head. The aroma has notes of apples and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and wood, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a rough white head. Fresh apple aroma. Medium body, lightly sparkling, dry and fresh apple notes, some yeast and a dry and lightly astringent finish. But a very crisp cider. 180211

Bottle bought from Mr Oliver at Bristol Slow Food Market. Deep gold in colour with moderate carbonation. Aroma of slightly sweet, yet rich, apple juice with some wood character. Easy drinking, with plenty of dryish fruit, oak notes and a medium dry finish. An excellent bottled cider.

BCA from Millets Farm, Frilford, Oxon, 31-05-10 consumed the same day Pours rich gold, its got a nice warm look to it great clarity. Lovely aroma, slight oaked agedness spirity appleyness, calvados like maybe? Taste is crisp and yet also quite smooth, tart and yet softened, nice oakiness, good clean flavours but everything integrates so well. Another corker from my favourite cider producer.
