Appearance: Brewed 05-02-11. Orange brown, hazy. Enormous amount of light tan head. Aroma: Hops, some fruit. Slight wood? Taste: Hops and fruit. Slight sourness that I think means I should have had this sooner. Info: 1000ml bottle, 22/7-2011

Hazy amber color; generous head, compact; evident excess of carbonation. There is a mild hoppy aroma, fruity; but also some apple, possible sign of imperfect fermentation. The flavor is quite simple, caramelized malts upfront, some more sweet smoothness later; quite strong bitterness, but the final has light feeling of vegetables. Very fragile.
