Bottle 500ml.Unclear hazy medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, banana, bubble gum, clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, yeasty, banana. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110218]

cloudy yellow-brown, smooth white head. faint wheat aroma, also some caramel and sweet malts. faint banana flavor is wheaty, banana, faint sweetness alost caramelly.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, wheat, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and wheat, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear deep golden with an off-white head. Sweet banana and yeast in the nose - with a skewed unclean edge. Medium body, again sweet banana and yeast with slightly tart and phenollic edge. Ends dry. 180211

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is banana and estery, light citric and light wheaty. Dry estery and banana fruity and citric finish.

Bottle @HBF 2010. Pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is banana and citrus mostly, strong fruity flavor, some yeast. Banana in the finish. One of the better hefeweizen I tried lately.

Hazy dark orange color, small white head. Banana and citrus in the nose. Medium-bodied. Quite dry. Some citrus and banana, some cardboard in the finish. Lingering banana in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Cloudy amber, lively carbonation, colden ceamy head. Light clove nose. Spicy bisquit start, a bit butterscotch, mango notes. Relatively light body, mellow, a bit flat mouthfeel. Fruity caramel finish, which I find pleasant enough at first - gets cloyingly Werthers Echte after a while though - dont think I want more than one of those....

Good dense, amberish & collapsing head over light-amber beer with greenish-golden reflections. Quite some caramel; wheat obvious; ripe bananas and faint spicey finish for the nose. Soft sweet-bitterish taste, with a sourish impression. Caramel again, sweets-like, and faint citrus. I seem to get whiffs of butterscotch... Good balance, but on behalf of the retronasal impressions, I have my doubts. Light to medium bodied, very slick, nearly syrupy MF. Well balanced beer, which does not prevent the unwelcome caramel flavour (and texture) to become disgusting in the end.

Bottle. Clove banana aroma. Orange amber color- cloudy with big head. Primarily a clove flavor - moderate wheat and banana flavors as well. Decent palate. Not bad.
