Bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours clear yellow - blonde with a decent white head. The aroma is sweet, bready, sponge cake, madeleines, honeyed grain, bread & butter pudding and custard cream biscuits. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, bitter - as sweet, toasty grains, grass, floral, honeyed cereal, touch of peppery spice, lightly herbal and some toasted nut with a crisp, dry finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Really well out together. Fresh, balanced and quenching. Yup.

Thanks a lot to Erzengel for this 0,5 l bottle. One year above BB. I don´t care. Clear golden in the glass with a more than one finger white foamy head. Caramel und smooth grainy aroma. Tastes the same, some apple fruity elements like a Zwickl, soft bitterness. Below average carbonated. Still drinkable.

Bottle 500ml.Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, toasted, vegetable, cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110218]
