On tap. Hazy and opaque golden with no head. Sweetish aroma of apples and a vague whiff of rum. Medium body, a little low in carbonation, sweet apple accents and a discreet underlying tartness. And now the rum barrel really comes through - in a very pleasant way. The finish is dry rather than tart. Quite a lovely cider with the rum barrel adding a sophisticated edge. 141010

Draft. A hazy golden cider with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of apples and rhum. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of rhum and apples as well as a bit of wood and spices, leading to a dry and lightly tart finish.
