We met a local raspberry farmer that supplied us with juicy sweet Norwegian raspberries. We got help with juicing from Mikkelhaug in Levanger and fresh kilned barley from Bonsak Gårdsmalteri. After souring in the kettle and adding lactose for balance this makes for a wonderful refreshing beer!

Can at home. Pours a cloudy pale red colour with a pink fast diminishing head. Aroma of raspberries, hay, vinegums and some earth. Flavour of raspberries, vinegums, and some hay and yoghurt. Slightly sour. Has a slick and crispy mouth feel, light body and a light bitterness. Raspberries through and through. Fresh and easy-drinking, but a little careful flavour.
