Bottle 50 cl. Clear amber golden with a small off-white head. Sweetish spicy nose, star anise and Belgian yeast. Quite full-bodied, fruit and star anise, some caramel and again some notes of Belgian yeast. Warming alcohol in the finish. The finish has a dry and balancing hoppiness. A fairly straight and "clean" Belgian ale - if such a thing exists. 201110

Dark amber with a beautiful firm and creamy off-white head. Vineous fruity aroma with a touch of anise. Sweet and full bodied fruity flavour with a bit too much spice. 2021. Fruity aroma with cane sugar and hints of liquorice and candied fruit. Sweet malty flavour with lots of fruit. Well balanced spice, but not the most exciting base beer
