From one cheese shop at Freiburg, opening this bottle on sunday after my arrival from Sevilla. Unbalanced at the beginning, some sourness and carbonated but after some sips it becomes better with yeasty and nutty note, fruity, some hop, 06.04.2022

Appearance: Dark brown, murky. Fizzy, tan head. But bottle slowly overflowing. Aroma: Toasted, dark malt. Unripe, tart dark fruits. Taste: Dark malt, toasted. Tartness. Unbalanced. Bought: Au Bon Moment, 330 ml, CHF 4.80 Info: 26/11-2021, BB: 7/2-2022
