An innovative and fresh session ale in the American style, brewed with the modern hop variety Citra. Pale Ale is a shining amber example of Jessica Heidrich’s signature "Love and Hops" - easy to drink and rich with plenty of hop aromas and character. Aroma and taste - Large aroma and citrusy scent from the Citra hops with hints of elderflower, gooseberry and rhubarb reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc wine. Well-balanced and complex taste with distinct citrus floral bitterness. Long, fresh and aromatic bitter finish. Ingredients: Pale ale malt and Citra hops.

Bottle, 4.5%. Aroma of wet hops, peach. Hazy grey golden colour. Very big white head. The flavour starts off very bitter, but clean. Turns peachili fruity and then more bitter. The bitterness is a tad high considering the thin to medium body and dry flavour.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of spicy hops, malt, straw, and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, spices, and lemons, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks joergen for sharing.

33cl bottle from Systembolaget. Poured golden with a soapy white head. Nice fruity hoppy aroma mostly citrus along with some floral and grassy notes. Flavor is similar, although lot of metal notes towards finish. Felt bit watery as well. Quite nice bitterness in finish.

Golden color, with generous thick head. Nice aroma of fruity and resiny hops, with plenty of tropical fruits. Appreciated lean mouthfeel, with dry toffee flavor and very strong bitterness; hop resins and bitter oranges; in the final there is a harsh feeling, not too strong, probably combination of hops and yeast.

Clear orange with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and rather hoppy - grapefruit and grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. Nice and refreshing. 160811

Bottled. Goldeny amber colour with not too much head. Aroma is caramel, fruity and floral hops along with some bready notes. Flavour is being rather similar with a slight metallic note. Without the metallic note this would be a beauty.

Bottle from Systembolaget, Värnamo. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich floral and hoppy. Citra hops is very distinctive. Also some malt, peach and notes of anis.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy Golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty grassy hoppy flavor with hints of citrus. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish with hints of citrus.
