Bottle Pours a clear dark mahogany witha huge creamy tan head. Aromas of sweet dark malts, cinamon, apples, and vanilla. Flavors are similar witha woody slightly sour flavor as well. Thin but smooth feel and a tangy bitter trailer.

Knoxville Brewer’s Jam 10/04. This is the best offering fromThomas Creek that I’ve had so far. Deep copper color, nice head, good malt aroma. The flavor is well balanced and the lack of body that plagues some of the other Thomas Creek brews is not a problem here. Not the best out there, but an enjoyable, drinkable Doppelbock.

Dark brown colour with a ruby highlight and a thin tan head. Strong malty smell with a bit of grapes - pretty classic for the style. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong malty flavour with some sweet characteristics. Aftertaste fairly malty as well. Overall, pretty good for the style! I had this pint on draught at Union Jack's in Knoxville, Tennessee on 26-September-2003 with Suttree and Haddon90, thanks guys!
