Bière fabriquée avec malts et levures anglosaxons et houblons du nouveau continent. Elle se caractérise par un fort parfum de houblon et un léger arôme de caramel dû aux malts utilisés. L’arrière-goût est agréablement amère et particulièrement persistant, avec un final moyennement sec.

Appearance: Dark brown, hint of red. Huge amount of creamy, tan head. Aroma: Light hops, some dark fruits and toasted. Taste: Good amount of hops, some malt. Some dark fruit. Slight earthiness.
