Bottle. A clear, dark golden to amber beer with a small, off-white head. Fruity, caramel, biscuity aroma with a pleasant hoppy touch. Full-bodied, nicely carbonated and quite dry, with flavors of biscuity, toffee-ish malts and a fruity hoppyness giving some bitterness. A pleasant and quite tasteful beer that drinks nicely as as waiting beer. 110624

Bottle 500ml.Unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110129]

Bottle @ Ulfborg Weekend, Jan 2011. Pours hazy amber with a small bubbles on top. Caramel, dust and bread. Short and dry end with a bit of citrus hops. Medium bodied.
