A dank West Coast IPA w/ Simcoe & Cascade. This is our ode to the Simcoe and Cascade mountain ranges and the bush pilots of all generations that have enjoyed the views from above. Like our brewer's late uncle John.

Each of our IPA's will showcase, but not be exclusive to a certain hop. This time it's all about Simcoe!

Malts: Crisp pale ale, Cara-pils, Premium pilsner.

(Keg at Pikkulintu Puotila, 20260302) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had stone fruits, resin and honey. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were resin, honey, stone fruits, toffee and bitterness. Aftertaste had resin, toffee and bitterness. A good and dry hoppy brew..

Smell of resin, malt. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of spruce, grass, resin. Some malt in finish. Fresher than expected. Medium bitter. Slightly dry palate. Soft carbon.

Canned, from Pien, Helsinki. Almost clear golden, mid sized head. Piney tangerine aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Syrupy bread and piney tangerine. Resinous bitter finish.

Poured light amber and clear, white head.
Resiny hops, pine, really clean as well. Light malty, full on bitterness. Excellent stuff. Fresh.
