Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of Enjoyit. It pours a slightly hazy, golden body and a firm off-white head. A bit weak on the nose, slightly citrusy and with a pleasant maltyness. The flavor has pale malts, citrusy notes, bitterness and a yeasty hint. Full-bodied and nicely carbonated. Malty-sweet finish with pale malts, citrus, some bitterness and spice notes. A quite pleasant one, although a bit on the sweet side. 110129

Tap at Dry Dock - listed simply as "Saison" - very wheaty and tangy, as if they made a hefe and brewed it with a saison yeast - quite nice, though - a bit of subtle phenols and a mild earthiness - some tangy lime and lemon notes - a bit of dry, spicy character through the middle, getting stronger in the finish, as it ends on a kind of peppery note, with lingering lime flavors - good.
