We are devout fans of both mixed culture fermentation and tiki drinks. This beer was allowed to relax and ferment slowly over 9 months to allow our special mixed culture to shine in all its tropical glory, accentuated with the addition of lime, orange, and toasted coconut.

Pounder: Lemon zest, thyme, and pear aroma. Hazy golden, thick head with little retention. Basil, lemon, bandaid. Medium body, easy carbonation.

Light gold pour. Lime and spice nose. Overpowering taste of lime and a slight hint of coconut. Lime palate

$3.75 pint can, Beer Run. Slightly hazy golden pour with a bubbly head that quickly fades. Lots of carbonation evident. Aroma is coconut, lime, a bit of barnyard funk. Flavor is lime on top of barnyard funk with a bit - more than a bit - of orange peel. Coconut perhaps is buried giving it the backbone but doesn't stand out. Interesting.
