Handbottle, courtesy of Papsoe. It pours a clear, amber body and a small, off-white head. Buttery nose with a fruity touch. Toffee and pale malts too. The flavor has a pleasant hoppyness, with bitterness and some grapefruit, but is too buttery. Medium body and nice carbonation. Buttery finish with grapefruit and bitterness. Not very successful, but sort of decent anyway. 110129

On tap. Pours a pretty, clear pale amber with a creamy and lacong off-white head. The nose has sweetish caramel, peachy hops and some butter as well. Medium body, again sweet caramel, a little butterscotch and a fairly hoppy and dusty finish. Some butter indeed, but it doesn’t completely spoil the fun to me. 280111
