Rose Brut Lager brewed with 100% Deer Creek Keystone Pale malt, hibiscus, rose petals, rose buds, German Huell Melon hops, and wine grapes. A crisp and bone dry lager that presents a beautifully light blush appearance, aroma of lightly sweet grape and rose water, and flavors of grape, melon, light minerality, and a crunchy green flavor reminiscent of rhubarb.

From tap at The Ginger Man, New York. Floral aroma with rose petals, vanilla, rosebuds, more floral notes, malt. Moderate sweet with a medium body. Interesting 'rosebud Lager'.
