A balanced beer, light yet full-bodied, deep in color yet crisp in taste. With its rich hue and delicate flavor, it works well with light dishes, such as poultry or fruit and vegetables, but also equally well with heavier dishes, such as pork and beef.

Canned 330ml. -Trade with faroeviking, thanks Jacob!
Pale amber coloured, small white head, caramel nose with hint of spices. Toasted malty, caramel and faint smoke with light vegetables (cauliflower) notes. Better than all other Faroese beers we’ve tried today.

Canned from ogivlados trade with faroeviking (thanks!) Poured a bronze body with a lovely thick white head that went away slowly. Gluey malty grainy nose, surprisingly almost Belgian, but light. Smokey gluey malty taste, ruined a little in the end with light notes of beet. Dryish bitterness. Ok overall, and a surprise in some ways.

Can, courtesy of yespr. A clear, pale amber beer with a small, off-white head. Weak on the nose, caramel, fruits and a strange almost smoked touch. Not bad though. The flavor is quite bitter, with the same fruityness and the smoke-like touch found in the aroma. Dry, medium body. Not very interesting, except the strange smoke-like touch. Sure drinkable though. Rating: 5-3-5-3-11-2.7. 110129
Can, from trade with Papsoe. Amber body and a finger-thick off-white head with good longievity. Weak malt accented aroma with a fruity touch. The flavor follows the same mindset, it’s weak and uninteresting, just like any macro vienna-style beer you might find. Drinkable though. 110219

Can. An amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt combined with light notes of caramel, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
