Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Light unclear light to medium matt yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, sour apple, apple vinegar. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light acetic vinegar with a average to long duration, dry, wood. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20100806]

@GBBF2010. Hazy yellow colour with no head. Aroma is apples, some acidic wood, mild herbal notes. Flavour is acidic apples and rather mouthdrying.

From cask. Pours hazy pale yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is acidic and citric apple fruity. Citric and acidic dry apple flavoured. Bitter and citric into a dry finish. Slight phenolic and sulphorish too.
