Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 34C: sour with added fruits and lactose). Can 50 cl - Batch 14.10.2025/V13 (BB: 14.10.2025) AROMA: medium-high red fruits aroma (strawberry, slight blackberry) with a mild sweet and slight sour background. overall aroma of a red fruits desert. APPEARANCE: reddish-orang color and hazy. medium light pink head with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial medium-low fruity flavor (strawberry, slight blackberry and raspberry) with a mild-sweet background giving the impression of a milkshake. slight sour note and medium-low bitterness. finishes semi-sweet. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an enjoyable pastry sour that resembles a red-fruits desert/milkshake, although more inclined into strawberry.
