Fles gekocht tijdens het afscheidsweekend van Nevel. Kleur is helder goud en de witte schuimkraag heeft een redelijke retentie. Geurt zurig, melkzuur, iers geparfumeerd - ws de vlierbloesem, iets boterig zelfs. In de mond is het lichtjes zurig en zoutig, (vlier)bloesem/bloemen. Smaak is licht zurig met een vleugje zoet en het zout is goed te proeven. Daarnaast nog een licht bitterje en wat hout. Licht body. Finish is wat droog, tannines, en wat bitter.

Bottle. Slight hazy light golden with lasting white head. Soft yoghurt, wheat, strawberries, lemon zest, elderflower, bitter dried herbs, Szechuan pepper, dry oak. Under medium sweet, sour, salty and bitter. Creamy medium bodied. Lovely complexity here, only downside is the yoghurt in the beginning though it fades quite fast.
