Draft at Craft 100 Spring 2016 - Craft Beer Co. Clapham, London. Pours clear, rich gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has light dank pine, melon, orange. Light to medium sweet flavour with some oily pine, bitter grass, citrus notes. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Oily and resinous on the finish, with hearty citrus character. Good one. Nice and punchy hops here.

Craft 100 at Craft Clapham. Cask. Almost clear amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry with good fine carbonation. Thin malts, fairly sweet. Floral citrus, especially grapefruit. Touch of tropical fruits. Light semi dry finish brings a mild hop spice. Nicely joined up.

Cask at Craft 100. It pours clear deep amber with a small, bubbly white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, resin, peach, apricot, dried mango and some pissy hops. The taste is bitter, earthy, oily, peppery spice, grass, toasted grain, cereal, raw hop and a touch of alcohol. Medium body, fine carbonation and oily mouth-feel. The taste doesnโt quite live up to the aroma. OK.
