Pale ale brewed with South african rooibos tea. The herbal tea was afded both to the boil and as a cold-steeped concentrate. Rooibos adds a level of sweet fruit while retaining the floral/earthy qualities typical of herbal tea.

Perfumy from the tea. Some florals. More like a saison than a tea. Pours goldwn with good head and lacing. Light sweet finish. Tap at Snally.
