Our late hopping process brings notes of grapefruit, lychee, and lemon to the front, w/ white grape giving balance. A soft mouthfeel and crisp finish, Toru is a wonderful marriage of old school style and new world flavor.

Pretty good pils. Citrus is a welcome addition to the noble hops here. Makes for a good, easy drinking beer with a touch of flavor. Pours golden with ok initial head and good lacing. Tap at brewery.
