Belgian Style Bruin.
Inspired by our Head Brewer’s trip to the Belgian city of Bouillon, known as “The Key to the Ardennes.” The Bruin style designates color rather than strength, and is popular in Belgium as a flagship for most regional breweries, alongside Blond ales. Our interpretation, The Key is warm and slightly malty with notes of toasted bread and raisins with classic Trappist style esters of banana peel and rose.

Rust and some light basement musk. Pours hazy amber with ok head. Fairly clean finish with a bit of tang. Tap at Galaxy Hut.
