Our experimental IPA has a bone dry champagne-style finish. Late hop additions of Citra and Cashmere give the beer balanced bitterness and a bright pop of citrus flavor.

Some hops and OK malt. About as good as any brut IPA, which for me means boring. Not bad in any way - just not interesting. Golden pour. Bitter end. Tap at brewery.
