Some people call him Maurice, some call him the gangster of love.
But to us he's our beloved Space Cowboy.....
Double Space Cowboy starts with a sturdy malt foundation to support all 8.3% ABV and 75 IBUs. Hopped in the kettle with Mosaic and El Dorado for a assertive berry, pear, and sticky hop bitterness.
We then double dry hopped and added Nelson Sauvin to the mix. Dank melon, papaya, green grape, and gooseberry aromas. All coming together with slick hop oil stickynsss and lingering hop bitterness. Slight warm alcohol on the finish.

Really solid piney aroma that I haven’t had for a while in an IPA – where have the Nelson hops been in my life? This is fresh and nice in the West Coast sense. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Bitter end. Grapefruit is very pungent too. Tap at brewery.
