Det här ljusa ölet har en fräsch och lite friskare smak. Som det ljusa Norrland skulle man kunna säga. Midnattsol. Storslagen natur. Porlande bäckar.
Men utan krusiduller. Gjord av bara malt, humle och vatten. Ett öl som är sig själv helt enkelt. Om nu ett öl kan vara sig själv.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottle from systembolaget. Totally bias by events no doubt but this is my go to beer for days off the fjäll. After a smashing days skiing in Sweden, nothing like cracking open a Norrlands Ljus. It refreshes you, rehydrates (lol...feels like it) and is a great beer to have in the sauna. It smells like sitting on daddy’s knee as a kid when he had a Stella in hand (generic okish lager), looks lovely in the stubby bottle all clear and golden and tastes well like most other lagers but it is supremely smooth and drinkable. And organic, what’s not to like. Amen to Norrlands Ljus. (3.3) Update in 4/17:Okay, so when you’re not desperate for it and its not super chilled, this is prerrt poor hah. Beer flavoured water. (28/4/17) --- Rerated, bottle, ekologisk from Systembaolget. Haha where did this öde to ljus come from earlier. The bottle is cute and ice cold sure... But lagom cold. No. Its not good at all. 2.5 to 2.1

Clear pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma has grass and is quite skunky. LIght-bodied. Skunky, grassy, sweetish maltyness, maybe diacetyl also? Terrible "clear bottle effect". To be avoided.

Golden color, small white head. Sweet honeyish, maltyness in the aroma. Light bodied. Lots of cardboard in the flavor, some herbal hoppyness. Harsh hoppyness in the aftertaste.

Bottled (from Systembolaget, Umeå). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grains, rubber some cardboard and dust. Flavour is grains, rubber, some strange sweetness as well as cardboard.
