Based off our Silver medal winning Excessive Juice, we amped up this DIPA with 25% more hops per barrel! Tweaked the base slightly adding malted spelt, a high protein ancient grain that adds to the already hazy and silky high adjunct malt base. Double dry hopped with Citra, Falconers Flight, and Mandarina Bavaria hops for an intense citrus-forward juicy hop explosion!

A little imbalanced compared to the pale ales I just had from them. Green onion and some grapefruit rind. Murky orange pour with ok head and great lacing. Hop tang and boozy end. Tap at brewery.
