Draught. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. DArk yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Tap @ Apollo. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass and hops.

On tap. Hazy amber with a dense off-white head. Sweetish, clean and malty nose. Medium body, god clean sweet malts with some flowery hops leaving a fine and balancing bitterness. Rather unsophisticated but very well made. 250111

Draught @ Bryggeriet Apollo, Vesterbrogade 3, 1620 Copenhagen, Denmark.Hazy medium grey - yellow orange color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, light yeasty, galvanized pipe notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long to average duration, old green grass, acrid bitter. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110114]

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt as well as lighter notes of minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hay, and minerals, leading to a dry and bitter finish where the hay note lingers.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy orange with a dense and chalk white head. Aroma is grassy, slight citrusy and light toasted malt. Flavour has a bit of butter impression, not much. Bitter, grassy and light citrusy hoppy. Malty and slight bitter finish. Ends dry and bitter.
