From bottle with Terje on board Baluba at Enø By 15.07.23. Dark ruby amber. Excellent aroma and taste of sweet dark malt, prunes, dates, dried berries and noble hops. Good drinkability!

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an orangey brown with a creamy, off-white head. Slightly roasty nose. Medium body, sweet malty paired with some roastiness again. Clean but very one-dimensional. And with the roastiness it's certainly not a Bock! I believe we have a recipe change here. 150318

Bottle, courtesy of Enjoyit. It’s almost clear, chestnut body and a dense, finger-thick off-white to beige head. Coffee-roasted aroma with dried fruits and nuts. The flavor is coffeeish, with dried fruits and nuts, some sweetness and bitterness. Full-bodied and mostly dry. Bitter finish with roasted malts. A rather pleasant one, not the typical dunkler bock, quite brown ale-ish. 110129
