Passionfruit - Stone Fruit - Mango • A collaboration with our friends at Streetcar 82 in Hyattsville, MD using kviek yeast, a Nordic yeast strain that's gaining in popularity for its ability to ferment very hot, very fast. We can't believe there is no fruit in this beer! Most yeast produces harsh off flavors when fermented very warm but kviek thrives between 80 and 105 degrees producing complimentary fruity flavors.

Green onion and some lemon but fairly watery feel. Hazy orange pour without much head or lacing. Light hop tang finish. Some light orange. Tap at brewery.
