Our gose spent two months in a gin barrel. To enhance the cocktail feel, we added cinchona bark (a traditional quinine-containing ingredient for tonic water) and fresh limes. The juniper from the gin leads, with citrus and faint woody notes in support.

Pretty tasty gose actually. Quinine aroma is pretty light like the bite of an aedis aegypti mosquito. Pours hazy amber with good head. Light salt, and gin is well integrated - work way better than I ever thought it would. Tangy end. Tap at brewery.
