The third in our "atomic" series of fruited and dry-hopped sours. This time we added more than 450 lbs of peach puree, and dry hopped with Amarillo and Azacca. We fermented this batch with our House Saison culture, so it ended up drier than the previous entries.

Peach and some lime, though not a ton of the former. Pours hazy yellow. Lots of hops. Light tangy finish. Nicely balanced. Tap at brewery.
