This IPA is an ode to a time, not that long ago, when West Coast IPA’s ruled the world. We brewed this beer with a simple foundation of American 2 Row malt, then hopped and dry hopped aggressively with Columbus, Simcoe, and Centennial. The beer brings forth a bracing bitterness with pungent aromas of dank citrus and sticky pine resin.

16 ounce can. Orange gold pour. Big frothy beige head. Biscuit malt aroma hints at orange marmalade. Sharp bitter orange flavor. Notes of white pepper and pine needles.

Pretty solid stuff actually. Really liking this. Lots of pine and grapefruit. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Bitter finish. Good body. Can.
