Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Unclear medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sourapple, yellow apples, fresh apples. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100806]

@GBBF2010. Hazy yellow colour with no head. Aroma is sour applejuice along with some mild sweetness. Flavour s apples, dry wood and some slight acidic notes.

From cask. Pours hazy pale yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is dry apple fruity. Sweet and mild citric. Crisp apple fruity. Slight citric and medium dry finish.
