This year, we’re turning it up to 11 with our annual hop-cake! Featuring Citra, Sabro, Cashmere, and Bru-1 hops, Anniversary Ale 11 is our birthday gift to all of you. A carefully crafted recipe of wheat and oats creates a delicate mouthfeel, and the sheer number of hops result in a juicy, tropical beer worthy of celebrating another trip around the mash tun. 16 ounce can. Hazy yellow gold color. Bubbly beige head. Spotty lacing. Bready malt aroma hints at candied citrus. Sweet citrus flavor upfront. Pineapple, tangerine, lemon and guava. Some stickiness on palate. Resiny pine on backend. Boozy notes as well.

Heavy coconut 🥥 from the Sabro. Hint of pineapple 🍍 from the bru-1. Hazy, tropical, and a floral finish. The slightest bitterness there too. This might be my favorite Cape May Anny yet. Shame Ashley got sacked by CMBC. She was very good. Cheers to her
