Appearance: Opaque light yellow colour with a small head.
Aroma: Manure, apple.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Sour stable tart apple.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Unclear hazy medium matt orange color with a small, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple,sour apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Cask@GBBF2010. Hazy golden colour, small head. Aroma is apples, fruits, bluecheese, some mild spicyness. Flavour is quite dry and tart of pretty much the stuff found in the aroma.

From cask. Pours hazy yellow with no head. Aroma is dry and sulphorish. Citric to acidic apple flavoured. Citric and rather dry finish. Light sulphorish into the far finish.
