Our Newest IPA brought one of the most active fermentations our brew house has ever seen. Resulting in this heavily hopped one-of-a-kind IPA. We used a combination of tropical Northeastern hops and exotic, melon-y New Zealand hops, to give us a hazy IPA that tastes primarily of honeydew and guava.

On tap at Firkin Tavern in Ewing, NJ. Number one with a bullet. Cloudy orange gold pour. Creamy beige head. Dank citrus aroma hints at grapefruit and melon. Flavor is sweet citrus, melon, stone fruit and pine. Sticky mouthfeel. Tasty.
