On tap at 22 West Tap and Grill in Bridgewater, NJ. Number one with a bullet. Dark amber color. Creamy beige head. Toasted malt nose is pronounced. Big bittersweet toasted malt flavor hints at pine and grapefruit. Earthy, spicy notes with an astringent character. Not sure what the IBU’s are, but this is one bitter brew.
