Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt yellow with some transparency along the sides; two and a half fingers of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some pears, peaches and floral hoppy tones, freshly cut grass, some lemon pith, light dose of salt
Flavor: moderately blends the prior noted aromas together - semi-sweet, tart and light dose of saltiness; mild aftertaste of the floral to peachy tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability about it, good level of tartness but nothing overbearing and good level of the salt too. Finishes crisp with the tart and salty underneath
Overall: for the most part, it's a pretty good Gose but it just needs that tart wheaty bite, which maybe I missed. This is still a beer I would come back to.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Cloudy pale gold color. Frothy white head. Earthy, herbal, floral malty aroma. Light, biscuity malt flavor upfront. Slightly bitter with hints of citrus and pear. A hint of sea salt as brew warms. Brief dry finish has more herbalistic tendencies.
