0.75l bottle from Village de la Bière. Hazy pale yellow, large white head. Wild sour nose. Malty base, spicy with ginger hints, lemon flavours. Wild sour character in the background. I’m not sure this is meant to be like that or if there is something wrong, but the sour character suits the beer very well.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ The Pool Tabel Tasting in Rome ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to heavy yeasty, soapy, fruity, pine needle notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, very yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101219]
