Cask at the 35th Luton Beer and Cider Festival. Pours pale to mid brown with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma of malt, caramel, hop, fruit and veg. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Light body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 10, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear dark red brown color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, roasted, coffee, sour coffee, keller, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, acrid bitter. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Cask@GBBF2010. Very deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is dark fruits, some wood, mild smoked wood and some hay. Flavour is fruits, smoked wood, earthy, mild liquorice as well as chocolate and coffee.
