Caramel brown with a hint of chocolate, Brewhouse Brown melds four kinds of malt to create a satisfying, thirst-quenching brew. Best enjoyed at 55 degrees, this ale is slightly rich and roasty, yet leaves a dry finish. It is the perfect companion for a hearty meal.

Bottle out of sampler sixer. Pours a dark brown with a small light tan head. The aroma is a deep roasted malt. The taste is a smooth malty with a smooth finish, very easy to drink. Another great beer from the real ales.

Bottle Pours a dark carmel brown with a fluffy, large light brown head that has some serious endurance, and leaves just spotty lacing. Aroma is a nice carmel apple, malty, wet cardboard flavor. Probly served a bit too cold at 43F. Tasste is sharp and slightly citrus with the hops lurking around. Interesting that the "brown" tree bark, smoke taste is almost invisible untill several seconds later as an early after taste. Then that goes away leaving a nice faint slightly bitter hops/woody trailer. Feel is a bit thin and the carbonation is acceptable. Quite drinkable and goes down easy. Not bad..IMO a bit underrated. Thanks goes out to 123456Green for the trade.
