This pale ale packs massive citrus, fruity hop flavour. Hints of grapefruit & floral on the tongue from the late addition of elderflowers. Very moreish. Came 1st at Darlington Beer Festival & 1st at Richmond Beer Festival.

Cask (Microbar, Manchester) - Pale golden with a white head. Earthy hops, citrus and tea in the aroma. Refreshing taste with lemon, grapefruit and peach.

Cask (gravity) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, toasted - caramel, light hoppy, citrus, dule. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus, borring ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20101130]
